1.3 ZIELSETZUNG
In der bereits erwähnten Befragung ist offen geblieben ist, welche Einstellungen die Bewohner zum Prozess der Gentrification haben. Um hierzu nähere Informationen zu erhalten, soll in dem Sanierungsgebiet Magdeburg Buckau erneut eine Befragung durchgeführt werden. Ziel der in diesem Forschungspapier folgenden Diskussion soll es sein ein theoretisches Konstrukt zu entwerfen. Das Konstrukt soll signifikante Arbeitsschritte der erneuten Befragung theoretisch beleuchten. Unter der Fragestellung „Was wäre, wenn?“ werden Thesen hinsichtlich der Bewohnereinstellungen formuliert und die Schritte zur Beantwortung der Forschungs-frage betrachtet.

1.4 AUFBAU DER ARBEIT
Die Arbeit gliedert sich in fünf Kapitel. Das erste Kapitel dient der Einführung. Kurz werden grundlegende Informationen zum Untersuchungsgegenstand der weiter zu führenden Studie gegeben, die Zielsetzung der Arbeit deutlich und der Aufbau dieser Abhandlung aufgezeigt.
