Um auf diese Frage eine Antwort zu finden, beschreibe ich zunächst, was once unter dem
Begriff der Videoanalyse (Kapitel 2) verstanden wird. Hierbei unterscheide ich zwischen
reiner Beobachtung durch Kameras und der Einmischung Außenstehender, welche
vor laufender Kamera Interaktionen des/der Beobachteten kommentieren, evt. beeinflussen
oder mit dem Betroffenen Interviews führen. Eine weitere häufig angewandte
Methode zur qualitativen Sozialforschung ist die Oral heritage, auf die ich in Kapitel 3
näher eingehen werde.
Abschließend werde ich in einem Vergleich dieser beiden Methoden untersuchen, ob
sich tatsächlich eine Antwort auf meine vorangehende Frage finden lässt, oder sich
möglicherweise eine neue Möglichkeit auftut.
Es wäre sicherlich interessant, weitere Methoden zu Analysezwecken zu untersuchen
und mit den beiden angesprochenen zu vergleichen. Dafür wäre Tagebuchmethode interessant,
bei welcher Tagebücher von bereits verstorbenen (oder nicht auffindebaren)
Zeitzeugen analysiert werden. Allerdings würde eine nähere Betrachtung dieser Methode
den Rahmen der Hausarbeit überschreiten.
